Replacements & Refund Policy

At IndoCasa, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. As part of our commitment to sustainable and small-batch production, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

🛠️ Replacements

We offer free replacements in the following scenarios:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • You share clear photos/videos with us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Replacements are not applicable for:

  • Minor variations in color, shape, or texture—these are natural characteristics of handmade products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or returned without prior communication

💸 Refunds

We offer refunds only if:

  • A replacement is not available for the item you received damaged/incorrect
  • An item is out of stock after your purchase (in which case we will notify you)

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

🚫 No Cancellations

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin processing immediately due to the nature of our inventory.

📩 How to Request a Replacement

Email us at indocasa.cc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Photos or videos clearly showing the problem

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
