    Yes. All our products are microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, BPA-free, and lead-free.
  3. Do you offer gifting options?
    Yes! We offer custom gift packing at additional cost via our Contact Us page. For bulk orders or custom notes, visit our Contact Us.
  4. Do you accept returns or cancellations?
    We do not accept returns or cancellations. But in case of damage or wrong item, we’ll replace it.
  5. What happens if an item is out of stock?
    You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  6. Do you ship across India?
    Yes! We ship pan-India. Orders usually arrive within 5–8 business days.
  7. How can I track my order?
    You'll get a tracking link via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
  8. What if my item is damaged?
    Email indocasa.cc@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement.
